ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Maintenance Manager with expertise in ship repair and marine engineering. The selected candidate will oversee all maintenance operations, ensure efficient ship repair processes, and lead a team of technical staff to maintain top standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of ship systems, and the ability to manage large-scale repair projects in compliance with maritime safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage ship repair and maintenance operations.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

• Supervise and mentor technicians, engineers, and support staff.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for timely project execution.

• Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and performance reporting.

• Identify improvements to reduce downtime and optimize costs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 10–12 years of experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, or marine maintenance.

• Strong leadership and team management experience in a marine environment.

• In-depth knowledge of ship systems, machinery, and repair techniques.

• Familiarity with safety regulations, maritime compliance, and quality systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
