Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws; manage contracts, records, onboarding/offboarding, and attendance.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, develop talent pipelines, and oversee performance management systems with defined KPIs.

• Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills.

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.

• Act as a strategic partner to management, resolving employee issues and continuously improving HR processes.

• Align HR policies and strategies with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to Arabic nationals, 35 years old and above.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with proven expertise in labor law, HR operations, recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, KPIs, and engagement programs.

• Proficiency in ERP/HRIS systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
