Greenline Power Generation Equipment Trading LLC, a leading provider in EV Charging (CPO model) and IT Equipment Distribution, is seeking a Zoho Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Zoho One ecosystem. This hybrid full-time role is key to scaling our digital infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across sales, finance, service, and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Zoho platform administration, workflow automation, reporting, and team support.

Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Platform Administration

   • Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and data access.

   • Enable or disable apps based on departmental needs.

   • Monitor data synchronization and resolve integration errors.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

   • Build and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards for financial KPIs, CPO performance, and sales metrics.

   • Automate scheduled report emails to stakeholders.

3. Workflow Automation

   • Design and implement workflows across Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, and Desk.

   • Set up alerts for contracts and payment due dates.

4. Integration Management

   • Assist with API or Zoho Flow-based integrations with CPMS platforms, payment systems, and external CRMs.

5. Team Support & Training

   • Assist finance, sales, and admin teams with Zoho usage.

   • Train new users and create onboarding guides.

   • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years’ experience managing Zoho One or its major modules (CRM, Books, Analytics).

• Familiarity with workflow rules, blueprints, custom functions, and Zoho Creator.

• Strong command of Zoho Analytics and report building.

• Deluge scripting knowledge is a plus.

• Experience supporting multi-branch businesses in service and distribution.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with EV charging, CPO platforms, or IoT integration.

• Understanding of UAE VAT and finance workflows.

• Experience implementing Zoho for 50+ users.

• Basic knowledge of UAE data privacy regulations.
