Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, property requirements, and investment opportunities.

• Provide personalized property advice and solutions aligned with client goals.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver customized real estate strategies.

• Keep abreast of market trends, property developments, and investment opportunities.

• Achieve sales and client satisfaction targets through effective relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the Dubai market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment processes.

• Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented attitude.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Turkish, or a European language is a plus.
