This role focuses on capability building, mentoring, and embedding a strong negotiation culture across global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Kennedy 8 Steps / 4 Phases negotiation workshops for cross-functional senior teams and executives.

• Equip leaders to navigate complex negotiations and influence key stakeholders.

• Mentor participants through reinforcement programs to sustain long-term performance.

• Collaborate with client teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

• Support the development and embedding of a negotiation culture across client organizations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in training, consulting, or negotiation advisory roles.

• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills for senior leaders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of corporate negotiation practices and strategy implementation.

• Ability to work remotely with global clients.
