The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of embassy requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tourist visa applications for USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other destinations.

• Prepare visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.

• Schedule VFS appointments and guide clients through the biometrics process.

• Provide professional advice and accurate information to clients.

• Track and follow up on applications until passport collection.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Visa Consulting / VFS procedures.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.

• Knowledge of embassy guidelines and documentation requirements is a strong advantage.
