Khidmah is seeking a Manager – Corporate Concierge Services to lead its newly established unit dedicated to delivering luxury front-of-house and concierge experiences. This role is pivotal in fostering a premium hospitality culture, ensuring seamless service for employees, VIP guests, and partners, while maintaining high operational standards and strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities

Set and maintain 7-star service standards across concierge and front-of-house operations.

Lead and supervise daily activities of the Corporate Concierge Services Unit.

Design and monitor KPIs to ensure responsiveness, guest satisfaction, and partnership effectiveness.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior Coordinators and Concierge Coordinators.

Oversee VIP guest protocols, ensuring luxury-first service experiences.

Act as the main liaison with senior management regarding guest and concierge operations.

Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Events teams to ensure cross-functional service delivery.
Requirements
-
8+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate concierge, or premium front-of-house services.

2+ years in a managerial role leading teams in a hospitality setting.

Strong background in managing high-performing teams and building partnerships.

Excellent communication, customer care, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
