Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong body of creative work.

• Translate project requirements into effective design solutions.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Design across multiple platforms including digital, print, and social media.

• Present ideas and revise designs based on feedback.

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, sales teams, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in real estate development.

• Ability to manage coordination with third-party marketing agencies.

• Skilled in posting and managing social media content.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and versatility.

• Proficiency in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.).

• Strong visual composition skills and creativity.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Understanding of marketing, production, web design, advertising, and multimedia design.
