Panosec, a leading provider of next-generation technology and cybersecurity solutions across the MENA region, is seeking Information Technology Engineers. This remote or hybrid role offers an opportunity to work on cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and managed services projects. Candidates will provide technical support, maintain cloud infrastructure, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with a skilled IT & cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for IT graduates, interns, or tech-savvy professionals looking to grow under mentorship from senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.

• Maintain and optimise cloud infrastructure and endpoint security.

• Manage cloud security solutions and perform system monitoring.

• Build and maintain websites and web applications, including SEO.

• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Learn and apply hard and soft skills under mentorship from the CTO/CISO.

• Follow best practices in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls.

Requirements

• Formal training or degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related STEM fields.

• Strong technical curiosity and experience with technology tinkering.

• Own a Windows, MacOS, or Linux laptop.

• Flexible to work remote or hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Dubai/Abu Dhabi).

• Strong communication skills, learning mindset, and problem-solving ability.

• Familiarity with technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR, Sentinel SIEM, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Kali Linux, BurpSuite, SonarQube, Snyk.

• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
