Cintel Financial is urgently hiring a Key Relationship Manager / POS Solutions Specialist / Relationship Officer to drive business growth through onboarding new merchants and promoting POS and payment solutions. The role is crucial for building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery to merchant partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchants and develop strong, sustainable business relationships.

• Promote POS and payment solutions to potential and existing clients.

• Deliver high-quality service and support to merchant partners.

• Identify and resolve merchant/customer issues with professionalism.

• Work towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality in all client dealings.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of UAE experience in Banking Sales or Merchant Acquiring (mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.

• High standards of ethics and discretion in client interactions.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
