This role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in property negotiations, contract preparation, and real estate marketing, with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.

• Negotiate property deals and prepare legally compliant contracts.

• Market and promote property listings through various platforms.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License (mandatory).

• Proven experience in real estate and property transactions.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (advantageous).
