Minimalist.ae, a Dubai-based lifestyle brand founded in 2016, is seeking a Social Media Executive to support its growing digital presence. The company is known for its elegant watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods that combine timeless Arabic design with modern sophistication. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-platform social media, support campaigns, and contribute to the brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other creative formats.

• Monitor and engage with online communities, handling comments and DMs in a professional manner.

• Assist in planning and running campaigns tied to launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.

• Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion).

• Support email marketing using Klaviyo (content, segmentation, scheduling).

• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in social media or content creation (fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or eCommerce preferred).

• Strong aesthetic sense and brand alignment skills.

• Understanding of Emirati culture and audience preferences.

• Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite).

• Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite) are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
