Augmented Era is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to craft engaging, trend-driven digital stories that showcase the company’s AI-powered innovations. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves producing short-form videos, designing static and animated content, experimenting with growth strategies, and leveraging AI tools for scalable content creation. The ideal candidate is a high-output creator, confident on camera, and skilled in storytelling, editing, and design.

Responsibilities:

• Create multiple short-form videos daily (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) using AI and editing tools.

• Confidently appear on camera and adapt to various content formats.

• Design static and animated visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

• Transform briefs and trends into engaging, fast-turnaround content.

• Use AI tools to script, edit, generate visuals, and produce voiceovers.

• Manage test accounts and niche pages for growth experiments.

• Track performance metrics and refine strategies for content optimization.

• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to maintain tone and creative direction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a high-output content creator.

• Confident with video presence, storytelling, and trend adaptation.

• Strong writing skills for hook-driven short-form content.

• Ability to work independently and strategically.

• Proficiency in AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Descript.

• Portfolio, TikTok, or Instagram account showcasing past work.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, InShot, and Figma.
