We are currently seeking a Senior Design Architect (Concept Design) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape high-profile projects, collaborate with top industry professionals, and contribute to world-class architectural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Studio Design Director to develop innovative design concepts.

• Create and present design alternatives that meet both client objectives and project vision.

• Coordinate design drawings with engineering teams to ensure technical integration.

• Work closely with interior designers, planners, and site engineers to maintain design intent through project completion.

• Oversee design work with 3D visualizers and provide guidance for accurate project representation.

• Conduct client presentations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure design excellence is achieved from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 6–9 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in design software including Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
