We are currently hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a customer-focused professional who can manage bookings, provide expert travel advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will have proven travel industry experience, excellent destination knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookings and reservations efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer service and support before, during, and after travel.

• Offer expert advice on travel products, destinations, and packages.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service partners.

• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and personalizing services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, suppliers, and destinations.

• Meet sales goals and maximize revenue through strong sales and negotiation skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel industry role.

• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and suppliers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities to close deals and drive revenue.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
