We are seeking a Typist / PRO Typing Officer (Visa & Immigration Services) to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing visa and immigration-related documentation, processing forms, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle typing and data entry tasks related to visa and immigration services.

• Prepare, process, and manage official forms and documentation.

• Liaise with government offices for document submissions and approvals.

• Maintain accurate records of all client files and transactions.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding immigration and visa processes.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s immigration and business regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in typing, data entry, and document processing.

• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration documentation in Dubai.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
