Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries.

• Supervise bar operations, serve beverages, and maintain quality standards.

• Provide attentive table service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Support the team in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

• Contribute to shaping the guest experience during Novecento’s rebranding journey.

Skills & Competencies:

• Prior experience in upscale casual dining or hospitality is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
