Exhibition Assistant
FOCUSTEL Abu Dhabi , UAE

FOCUSTEL is seeking a Temporary Exhibition Assistant to support its participation at an upcoming exhibition in Abu Dhabi on 6–7 September 2025. The Exhibition Assistant will help ensure smooth booth operations by assisting with setup, visitor interaction, and event coordination. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for candidates interested in events, exhibitions, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with booth setup and dismantling.

  • Welcome and register visitors at the stand.

  • Provide basic company and product information to guests.

  • Distribute brochures, business cards, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and guide visitors to relevant team members.

  • Keep the stand organized, stocked, and professional-looking.

  • Support with note-taking, photography, and social media updates (if required).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and punctuality.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Prior exhibition or event experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Availability for full-day work on both event days (6–7 September 2025).

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with breaks)
Compensation: To be discussed
