The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless ambulance service operations, adherence to healthcare regulations, and excellence in patient outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, healthcare operations expertise, and the ability to manage teams while maintaining compliance with CICPA, DOH, and MOH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Manage daily operations of emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.

• Oversee deployment, resource allocation, and operational performance.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with CICPA, DOH, and MOH regulations.

• Support clinical audits and maintain accurate records for operational quality.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Oversee staff onboarding, performance management, and professional development.

Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients.

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, ambulance, or emergency medical services management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Deep understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, including CICPA, DOH, and MOH compliance.

• Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
