Greenfix Property Care is looking for a Patient Affairs Specialist to join its healthcare team at Al Barsha 2 – Grove Mall starting from 1st August 2025. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring efficient front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, and CRM management while supporting a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Reception

Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly approach.

Manage patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly.

Provide patients with essential information about services, policies, and procedures.
Appointment & Scheduling Management

Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and specialists.
-
Handle appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Patient Experience & Support

Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.

Assist with insurance verification and billing-related queries.

Provide clear guidance on clinic workflows and digital health tools.
CRM Management & Contact Center Support

Oversee CRM system operations with accurate data entry and follow-ups.

Support the Contact Center for patient communication as required.

Enhance CRM workflows to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
Administrative & Operational Support

Handle daily front-desk administrative tasks efficiently.

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Work with medical and operations teams to improve patient flow.
Coordination & Communication

Serve as a liaison between patients, doctors, and administrative staff.

Ensure effective communication for seamless patient care.

Handle confidential patient data in line with compliance standards.

Support hospital infection control programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in patient affairs, front desk, or customer service (healthcare or hospitality preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in EMR systems, CRM tools, and appointment scheduling software.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
