Adnovs Realty, a leading UAE-based real estate brokerage, is seeking a Real Estate Agent for a full-time hybrid role in Dubai. The position involves guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing in premium residential properties, while providing expert market insights and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase residential properties to clients.

• Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.

• Prepare contracts, agreements, and other real estate documentation.

• Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience in real estate and sales.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of UAE real property regulations and market trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
