Visioneers is looking for a dedicated Store Keeper to manage and oversee warehouse and inventory operations. This full-time, on-site role ensures efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all assets, equipment, and consumables to support production, events, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards.

• Organize, label, and maintain inventory systematically.

• Issue materials and equipment to staff based on approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular cycle counts.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and notify procurement for replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and storage regulations.

• Coordinate logistics for delivery and collection across projects and events.

• Support asset tagging, tracking, and disposal processes.

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s preferred).

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse practices.

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

• Physically fit to handle stock movement when needed.

• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
