NADIA, an American school in Ras al-Khaimah, is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher with a passion for early years education and a strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports children’s independence, growth, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a Montessori classroom environment.

• Interact with children respectfully and in a developmentally appropriate manner.

• Support independence, freedom within limits, and self-discipline.

• Ensure safety, health, and social-emotional well-being of all children.

• Communicate effectively with families and involve them in the child’s learning journey.

• Participate in planning, observations, documentation, and parent-teacher conferences.

• Collaborate with classroom and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

• Recognized AMI Diploma or equivalent Montessori/EYFS qualification.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with children below 3 years.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during probation).

• Must pass background and reference checks.

Compensation:

• Up to AED 15,000 per month.
