SHADOWLYNX SL., a fast-growing international company, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and talent selection processes.

  • Manage employment documentation including contracts, letters, and certificates.

  • Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.

  • Track absences, vacations, and leave requests.

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR platforms/tools.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

  • Fluency in English.
