SHADOWLYNX SL., a fast-growing international company, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and talent selection processes.

Manage employment documentation including contracts, letters, and certificates.

Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.

Track absences, vacations, and leave requests.

Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR platforms/tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

Fluency in English.
