Emaar is seeking a Front Office Ambassador to ensure exceptional guest experiences across its properties. This role represents the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless stay experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring each guest becomes a loyal supporter.

Conduct all operational tasks in the Front Office while following service standards and procedures.

Proactively communicate with colleagues, focusing on guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Handle complaints and implement effective service recovery strategies.

Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and a service-driven mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.

High school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality company.

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).

Strong customer focus, resilience, and adaptability.
