Maideas Event Management, a Dubai-based Korean company with over 15 years of experience in corporate events, exhibitions, and activations, is seeking a Production Designer. This full-time, on-site role involves creating and developing 3D models, visual concepts, and designs for events while collaborating closely with the event management team to meet technical and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design interiors and booths for events, ensuring aesthetic and functional quality.

• Communicate effectively with the factory to produce final products, perform material checks, and ensure technical specifications are met.

• Create 3D models, renderings, animations, and interactive presentations for client approvals.

• Make modifications to technical drawings as needed.

• Collaborate with the event management team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in 3D design for events or exhibitions.

• Proficiency in CAD and ability to read and modify technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design accuracy.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with factory teams and project stakeholders.

• Portfolio required for application.
