Business Development Executive – HORECA B2B Sales

Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its FMCG division in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving B2B sales in the HORECA sector, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop strategies to expand market share and grow the client base.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HORECA B2B sales within the UAE (FMCG or foodservice sector preferred).

  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and an established client network.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid UAE driving license.
