Miral Experiences is seeking a skilled Entertainment Stage Technician to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on role is vital in supporting live entertainment and events across the company’s world-class theme parks. The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining technical equipment to ensure seamless shows, meet-and-greets, and live performances. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the technical side of entertainment who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setup and teardown of audio, lighting, and visual equipment during rehearsals and live events.

• Operate soundboards, lighting consoles, and special effects equipment.

• Support stage managers and directors with smooth scene transitions and set changes.

• Safely move props, scenery, and equipment on/off stage.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Follow safety protocols to ensure cast, crew, and audience safety.

• Maintain effective communication with production teams and accurately follow cues.

• Track technical equipment inventory, reporting shortages or damages.

• Assist in loading/unloading equipment for transportation between venues.

Skills & Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in live event production.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.

• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Cultural sensitivity and customer-focused approach.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Technical theater training and knowledge of audio, lighting, and stagecraft.

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg).

• Electronics or Electrical certification.

• Theater or live events background.

• Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
