WeCopy Fintech Inc is hiring an Arabic Speaking Business Development Executive to drive business growth, expand its client base, and promote digital products across retail and wholesale markets. The ideal candidate must be UAE-based with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for trading, forex, or cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the UAE and MENA region.

• Promote and sell digital products to retail and wholesale clients.

• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and retention.

• Meet monthly KPIs and achieve revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to achieve results under pressure.

• Passion or knowledge in trading, forex, or cryptocurrency.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• Must be residing in the UAE or hold a valid UAE visa (mandatory).

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

• 2+ years’ proven experience in business development or sales of digital products (retail/wholesale).
