Athena is seeking an Adjunct Faculty Member for the MBA program at Metis College. This role is ideal for an experienced academic professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality online instruction, engaging in scholarly research, and contributing to curriculum development. The faculty member will play a key role in teaching MBA-level courses, mentoring students, and enhancing program quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging MBA online courses, including lectures, assignments, and assessments.

• Provide academic support, feedback, and one-on-one guidance to students.

• Contribute to course and curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and enhance learning outcomes.

• Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in relevant journals or conferences.

• Participate in program committees and contribute to program evaluation.

• Foster an inclusive and interactive online learning environment.

• Complete administrative duties such as grading, attendance, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven teaching expertise in MBA or higher education programs.

• Strong knowledge of business management and MBA-level content.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms (Canvas preferred).

• Research and publication experience in relevant fields.

• Student-centered approach with a commitment to academic excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in higher education, preferably online.

• Strong research track record with scholarly publications.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital teaching tools.
