Elara Recruitment is hiring a Bilingual Nanny (French & English) on behalf of a high-profile family in Abu Dhabi. The role requires full-time childcare support for an 8-month-old baby, with a focus on nurturing development, maintaining routines, and providing a safe, caring environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time care for the baby, including feeding, preparing healthy meals, and sterilising bottles.

• Manage the baby’s laundry and ensure the nursery is clean and organised.

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities to aid learning and development.

• Monitor developmental milestones and maintain structured routines for sleep and feeding.

• Accompany the family during international travel to ensure consistent childcare.

• Work collaboratively with other household staff in a professional and discreet manner.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a nanny, ideally with infants (8 months+).

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).

• Strong knowledge of child development and early years education.

• Previous experience working in high-profile households.

• Professional, discreet, flexible, and highly organised.

• First Aid certification, clear DBS (background check), and excellent references.

Work Arrangement & Benefits:

• Type: Full-time (6 days per week, 12 hours per day).

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum (gross), depending on experience.

• Visa and benefits provided. Meals included during working days.

• Start Date: Mid-January 2026 (handover from maternity nurse).
