Hilton is hiring a Waiter/ess for its luxury property, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The role involves delivering excellent guest service in the Lobby Lounge by serving food and beverages efficiently, managing guest queries, and maintaining Hilton’s world-class service standards. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in hospitality or food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, timely, and efficient service to guests in the Lobby Lounge.

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and available products.

• Ensure mise-en-place is fully stocked and organized at all floor stations.

• Handle guest queries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are served promptly.

• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and hygiene.

• Follow hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong grooming standards and professional presentation.

• Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a luxury hotel.

• Cash handling experience.

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations.
