With over 50 prestigious brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Chopard, Messika, Aesop, and more, Seddiqi Holding offers a dynamic and luxury-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, escorting, and assisting guests.

• Present menu items and explain details regarding ingredients, portions, and potential allergens.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the Hospitality Supervisor or Caterer.

• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and mixed drinks.

• Set up dining areas with linens, silverware, and glasses.

• Clear and clean tables after guests finish dining.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas with tableware, linens, food, and beverages.

• Assist the front desk and hostesses during peak times with welcoming and seating guests.

• Support retail sales teams with packaging or retrieving stock as needed.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor or Showroom Manager.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in high-end restaurants, fine dining, or 4-star hotels and above.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
