A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a UAE National HR (Public Relations Officer – PRO) to join its team. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws by managing all government-related processes and supporting HR operations. The position is crucial for handling employee documentation, legal requirements, and maintaining strong external relationships with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison & Compliance

Manage all government-related applications and renewals including visas, work permits, labour contracts, and Emirates IDs.

Liaise with ministries and government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and Immigration to ensure compliance.

Track and ensure timely renewal of employee-related legal documents.

Stay informed about changes in UAE labour laws and advise HR on implications.
HR Administrative Support

Support HR in onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring legal documentation is completed.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of government transactions and employee documentation.

Generate reports for HR and management on the status of employee documentation.
Public Relations & External Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and agencies.

Represent the company in official communications with government authorities.

Oversee smooth processing of company licenses, permits, and other official requirements.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

UAE National (mandatory requirement).

Proven experience in HR/PRO roles in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, GDRFA, and MOHRE processes.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
