Key Responsibilities:

Lead the enrolments and registration process for the school, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.

Manage accurate student data including applications, registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and waiting lists.

Liaise with parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and required documentation.

Coordinate assessments with the academic team to streamline admissions.

Develop strong partnerships with feeder nurseries, schools, and ADEK’s Student Affairs department.

Monitor re-enrolments, prepare reports, and support strategies for student retention.

Organize enrolment events, networking opportunities, and ensure a welcoming environment for parents and students.

Represent Aldar Education’s ethos and standards of excellence to all prospective families.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in admissions/registrar roles within the education sector.

Strong background in ESIS/student affairs systems.
-
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Strong organizational, data management, and office management skills.
