Stryx Sports, a leading sports provider in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within the organization. Stryx Sports specializes in high-quality coaching programs across multiple disciplines, partnering with international academies and professional coaches to bring world-class training to the UAE. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment and employee relations, oversee payroll and benefits, and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business strategies and legal compliance.

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction, orientation, and offboarding processes.

• Conduct staff performance appraisals and facilitate career development paths.

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including updates for new hires, resignations, leave, and contract amendments.

• Oversee employee benefits and compensation, including health insurance, flight allowance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

• Manage employee relations, resolve disputes, misconduct, and grievance issues, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.

• Support management with HR-related issues including performance management, engagement, retention strategies, and career development.

• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate HR records, documents, and reports.

• Prepare and manage employment documents such as offer letters, contracts, work permits, and related HR letters in coordination with PRO.

• Arrange employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Maintain Employee Handbook, company policies, and HR-related materials.

• Promote corporate values, maintain communication lines between management and employees, and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and facilitate timely return to work.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in a similar capacity.

• Thorough understanding of UAE Labour laws, HR best practices, and regulations.

• Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and people-oriented mindset.
