Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional Barista to join the team at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest and member experience by serving coffee and beverages in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, while demonstrating extensive knowledge of specialty coffee offerings. This role ensures high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest queries professionally and efficiently.

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and all products.

• Ensure mise-en-place is well stocked at all stations.

• Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues encountered.

• Ensure food and beverage orders are consistently of high quality and delivered promptly.

• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.

• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Barista or food & beverage role is preferred.

• Knowledge of specialty coffee and beverage preparation.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and adherence to Hilton grooming standards.

• Understanding of health, safety, and security regulations.
