Chinese Palace Group is seeking a National Relations & Engagement Specialist to support national employees’ well-being, engagement, and career development. This full-time, on-site role is critical for implementing the company’s Emiratization strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion, and ensuring the successful integration and growth of national talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for national employees regarding HR queries and support.

Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, performance, and career progression.

Monitor attendance, probation reviews, and performance feedback.

Partner with managers to provide mentoring, career coaching, and professional development.

Create recognition and reward programs for national employees.

Assist in recruitment strategies and manage hiring, onboarding, and integration of national talent.

Maintain compliance with UAE Emiratization laws, quotas, and reporting requirements.

Support partnerships with universities, career fairs, and government programs (e.g., Nafis, MOHRE).

Educate managers on Emirati culture and workplace expectations.

Perform administrative duties and prepare reports on Emiratization progress and turnover.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in nationalization programs in the UAE.

Proven expertise in employee engagement, retention, and talent development.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
