Chinese Palace Group is seeking a National Relations & Engagement Specialist to support national employees’ well-being, engagement, and career development. This full-time, on-site role is critical for implementing the company’s Emiratization strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion, and ensuring the successful integration and growth of national talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for national employees regarding HR queries and support.

• Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, performance, and career progression.

• Monitor attendance, probation reviews, and performance feedback.

• Partner with managers to provide mentoring, career coaching, and professional development.

• Create recognition and reward programs for national employees.

• Assist in recruitment strategies and manage hiring, onboarding, and integration of national talent.

• Maintain compliance with UAE Emiratization laws, quotas, and reporting requirements.

• Support partnerships with universities, career fairs, and government programs (e.g., Nafis, MOHRE).

• Educate managers on Emirati culture and workplace expectations.

• Perform administrative duties and prepare reports on Emiratization progress and turnover.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in nationalization programs in the UAE.

• Proven expertise in employee engagement, retention, and talent development.

• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
