Spark Integrated Services, through its subsidiary Prestige Valet Parking, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee valet parking operations across Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, staff leadership, and compliance while driving smooth, premium valet services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24/7 valet operations, traffic flow, and parking utilization.

• Supervise vehicle check-in/out and maintain real-time tracking logs.

• Recruit, train, and manage valet staff, create schedules, and monitor performance.

• Serve as the primary client liaison and handle escalated complaints.

• Implement safety, compliance, and queue management protocols.

• Prepare operational reports and track staff productivity and attendance.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and insurance compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

• 5–7 years’ experience in valet, hospitality, logistics, or transport operations (2+ years in management).

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and parking/fleet management systems.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
