ROR Specialty Coffee Solutions, a leading Emirati-owned roastery established in 2017, is seeking a Customer Service Sales Support professional to join their Dubai team. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting the sales team, and handling day-to-day client interactions. You will play a key role in managing communications, processing orders, preparing reports, and assisting with proposals to enhance the customer journey in the specialty coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards using advanced MS Excel.

• Support the sales team with quotations, contracts, and client proposals.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain strong relationships.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory reports.

• Assist with tenders, bulk orders, and HORECA client requirements.

• Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the coffee or F&B industry (mandatory).

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge of specialty coffee market trends is an advantage.
