NMDC Group is seeking a Marketing Officer to support its communication and engagement strategy with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, media, government bodies, and institutions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong theoretical marketing knowledge and limited hands-on experience, looking to gain practical exposure in events, digital media, and creative marketing services. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and strengthen NMDC Group’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors, marketing partners, and stakeholders locally and internationally.

• Assist in planning and managing internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions, and committees (Innovation, Strategy, CSR, HSE, etc.).

• Support BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities such as giveaways, diaries, calendars, signage, and promotional materials.

• Execute daily and weekly project tasks proactively and report progress to project leads.

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing for assigned projects.

• Update project activity plans and timelines regularly.

• Communicate and follow up on project sub-activities with relevant teams.

• Provide support in coordination, communication, administration, and logistics for events.

• Assist in managing brand usage across digital and physical platforms.

• Handle last-minute requests from management and internal stakeholders.

• Carry out any additional duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of marketing with eagerness to gain hands-on experience.

• Basic understanding of event management, digital media, and branding.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
