Kitopi, a leading tech-powered multi-brand restaurant operator, is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Waitress to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service

• Greet guests courteously and provide professional service.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with kitchen/bar staff.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently, following quality and presentation standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Operational Duties

• Set up and prepare tables with cutlery, condiments, and napkins before service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Clear tables and reset for the next guests.

• Operate POS systems to process payments and issue receipts.

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, or special instructions clearly.

• Support colleagues during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter or in customer service (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good memory and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
