LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort is looking for a Supervisor – Attractions to oversee the safe and efficient daily operation of rides and attractions. The role is focused on ensuring the highest safety standards while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills, as well as experience in theme park operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of guests and staff within park facilities, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, SOPs, and EAPs.

Support the daily operations of rides and attractions, including opening/closing procedures, staff readiness, and documentation.

Oversee and guide Team Leaders and Front-Line staff, ensuring punctuality, grooming standards, and operational efficiency.

Organise and implement training for operators and attendants to meet required safety and service standards.

Drive departmental KPIs while creating a safety-focused, customer-oriented environment.

Lead regular meetings, briefings, and communication sessions to ensure staff are informed and motivated.

Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to build a motivated and competent team.

Support recruitment, performance management, and professional development within the department.

Monitor guest feedback, identify areas of improvement, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Enforce health and safety compliance, including risk assessments, incident management, and corrective measures.
Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
-
Minimum 2 years’ operational experience in a theme park environment, preferably at supervisory or middle management level.

Previous experience in hospitality, waterparks, or attractions is highly desirable.

Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
-
Leadership ability with proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of risk assessments, SOPs, and safety procedures in a theme park/waterpark setting.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Strong customer service mindset with cultural awareness in the UAE context.
