GEMS Education, one of the world’s largest and most trusted private school operators, is hiring a Parent Relations Executive to join its Front of House team in Dubai. The role focuses on fostering strong parent engagement, supporting enrolment growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to prospective and existing families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead school tours to showcase the school and support enrolment targets.

• Manage the school’s Front of House/Reception operations, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Develop and manage school communication channels including newsletters, website, and event announcements.

• Organise parent and community engagement events to build strong relationships and support retention.

• Provide content highlighting the school’s academic and extracurricular achievements across platforms.

• Assist in executing marketing strategies and enrolment initiatives.

• Respond professionally to parent enquiries, concerns, and feedback.

• Build effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or enrolment-related roles.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment/sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
