Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, is seeking a UAE National to join as an Executive in the Food & Beverage Management Department at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous secretarial and administrative support to the F&B Management department.

• Maintain and update departmental databases, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.

• Act as a guest liaison during peak hours to personalize and elevate guest experiences.

• Track purchase requisitions, manage store inventory, and ensure availability of supplies.

• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and material preparation for business trips.

• Manage and update departmental digital platforms and pages.

• Organize and maintain filing systems for departmental data, contracts, and key documents.

• Oversee contract management processes, ensuring accurate recording and communication of signed agreements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.

• Familiarity with Forbes and LQA standards.

• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
