MEFITPRO is seeking an Arabic-speaking Membership Consultant to join their female fitness club in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for energetic and results-driven individuals who are passionate about fitness, sales, and customer service. The consultant will be responsible for promoting gym memberships, guiding new members, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients.

• Conduct guided tours of the facility, highlighting membership benefits.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and pricing.

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by targets.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Arabic language proficiency (mandatory).

Compensation:

• Salary range: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month.
