Bayut & dubizzle, iconic UAE-born brands with a strong digital presence across all seven emirates, are seeking an experienced Call Centre Agent to join the dubizzle pro motors team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels.

Manage outbound calls to target potential customers, meeting conversion quotas and KPIs.

Schedule and coordinate calendar appointments for the field sales team.

Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

Ensure accurate reporting of customer interactions.

Handle customer emails and WhatsApp messages alongside live calls.

Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of experience in a call center or telesales role.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments.

Flexible with working hours, including availability 6 days a week (potentially Fridays).

Strong work ethic with willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.
