DataVolt, a global leader in sustainable and innovative data center solutions, is hiring a UAE National HR Associate to join its People & Culture team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in the HR field. The HR Associate will support daily operations, government documentation processes, employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
Responsibilities:

Support the People & Culture (P&C) team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.) for employee compliance.

Assist with processing residency visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and labour contracts.

Work with the PRO team to ensure timely submission and follow-ups on government applications.

Respond to employee queries regarding visas, leave balances, and HR policies.

Help organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and internal HR procedures.
Requirements:

UAE National (mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0–3 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and develop a career in HR.
