Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging, viral-ready TikTok videos that educate and entertain.

• Build themed or faceless TikTok accounts dedicated to freelancing and side hustle content.

• Follow provided hooks, topics, and formats while maintaining creative freedom.

• Subtly incorporate brand mentions without direct sales messaging.

• Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral content formats, and storytelling techniques.

• Consistently produce and optimize videos for reach and engagement.

• Use editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar for quick, professional-quality edits.

• Collaborate remotely and maintain reliable communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating engaging short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels).

• Ability to produce relatable and shareable content on freelancing, UGC jobs, side hustles, and remote work.

• Willingness to start and manage a new TikTok account dedicated to this content.
