Saipem, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking a Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer (UAE National) to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves structural design, technical documentation, project coordination, and offshore operations support within the energy sector, with a focus on sustainability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design & Analysis:

• Perform structural engineering design, finite element analysis (FEA), and load calculations for offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, and subsea structures.

• Conduct structural integrity assessments, fatigue analysis, and weight optimization studies.

Technical Documentation & Compliance:

• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as API, AISC, DNV, ISO, and client specifications.

• Conduct design reviews and participate in HAZID/HAZOP studies.

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including process, piping, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to deliver integrated engineering solutions.

• Work closely with procurement and fabrication teams to ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness.

Offshore Operations Support:

• Provide technical support for offshore installation, transportation, and lifting operations.

• Perform site visits, inspections, and structural modifications as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent Civil Engineering graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• UAE National with Family Book

• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and industry standards

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work on-site and offshore as required
